Retrieval-Augmented Generation. In plain terms: the AI searches your documents first, reads the relevant parts, then writes an answer based on what it found. It doesn't guess — it reads and cites.
How accurate is it?
With good retrieval, 85-95% accuracy on factual questions. We measure this during development and show you the numbers. For anything the system isn't confident about, it says so.
What file types do you support?
PDFs, Word docs, text files, HTML, Markdown, spreadsheets, emails, Confluence pages, Notion docs, Google Docs — basically anything with text. We can also handle scanned documents with OCR.
How long does it take to build?
